Nancy Hadley has been Art Director on Kitchen Nightmares for three seasons. Traveling across the United States with Gordon Ramsay and his team has been one of the highlights of her career in television. ”We strive to make the most of our budget and time to help Chef Ramsay give the troubled restaurants a fresh start”, says Hadley. She adds, “When you have between 8 and 12 hours to turn over a restaurant on budget, you have to really plan ahead”.
